Distressing experiences, inner blocks, fears, or long-standing emotional patterns can often remain deeply stored within the nervous system, even when we feel we have “already understood them” on a rational level.

 

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and EMI (Eye Movement Integration) are modern, scientifically grounded methods that can help process distressing experiences gently while strengthening inner stability.

 

EMDR is successfully used worldwide for trauma, anxiety, stress-related symptoms, distressing memories, self-esteem issues, and intense emotional reactions.

 

At the same time, EMDR can also be used for resource activation, strengthening inner security, performance enhancement, and preparation for challenging situations.

 

EMI is a particularly gentle and often very pleasant method in which distressing inner images and emotional reactions are integrated through guided eye movements. Many people experience greater inner calm, clarity, and emotional relief.

 

The therapeutic process is individualized, mindful, and paced according to your needs.

 

(Both EMDR and EMI can also be conducted online when appropriate and desired.)
