Clinical Hypnosis

Uhr_edited.jpg

Hypnosis as a therapeutic tool should only be practiced by individuals with a solid background in medicine or psychotherapy. In fact, stage hypnosis is even prohibited in Austria.

Clinical hypnosis is highly beneficial for countless challenges we face in our daily lives.

Hypnosis is a special form of deep relaxation that allows communication with the subconscious mind. With relatively little time investment, positive and efficient changes can be made to life circumstances. Our brain accesses both the conscious and subconscious mind, with approximately 10% attributed to the conscious mind and 90% to the subconscious mind.

Our subconscious mind absorbs much more than we consciously register.

The subconscious mind is the boss within us – the "I", the conscious mind, is at most a good advisor.

Clinical hypnosis is scientifically recognized based on international research. Through its creative interventions, it enables a playful connection with the unconscious level, which is an advantage compared to conventional therapy. The achieved results are based on the collaboration between the therapist and the client.

Significant improvements can be achieved in just a few sessions, which can then be further stabilized.

The hypnotized client is aware of everything that happens during hypnosis.

In this state, they are not as concerned with their immediate surroundings but are always capable of self-control and rejecting suggestions that do not align with their values. The client will not engage in anything during hypnosis that contradicts their personal values.

The client experiences the hypnotic state as pleasant.

Perception becomes sharper, and many things that were unclear before suddenly become clear. It is both relaxing and refreshing.

Treatment appointments are mutually agreed upon and appropriately scheduled. I only offer as many sessions as necessary to work efficiently and conscientiously.

Hypnosis is one of the oldest healing methods, here in its most modern form, for your benefit and well-being.

I look forward to our fruitful collaboration!
