Phobias
A phobia is a form of anxiety disorder in which the fears are directed at specific things and tied to certain triggering objects or situations:
For example, the fear of having to speak in front of people, fear of enclosed spaces, fear of spiders, fear of needles, fear of flying, fear of heights... and much more.
Hypnosis can very quickly help to heal these phobias, so that everyday life can finally run smoothly and be controlled and managed again.
If physical causes for the anxiety disorder have been ruled out, psychotherapeutic measures can be used. Hypnosis has proven to be a highly effective and scientifically validated treatment for anxiety disorders. Clinical hypnosis can clarify the underlying causes of anxiety. This is based on the assumption that anxiety does not arise without reason or by chance, but is usually rooted in a problematic or unprocessed experience.
Hypnosis is subsequently also used in a future-oriented way to replace anxiety-provoking situations with positive experiences.
In addition, relaxation or self-hypnosis techniques designed specifically for you can also be used to alleviate anxiety symptoms, calming the nervous system and thus reducing the symptoms of stress that occur in the body.
